Epson Cartridges

Epson Ink Cartridges - Genuine and Compatible

We stock both Original and compatible cartridges, with our extensive range of Epson ink cartridges, we have virtually every Epson inkjet printer covered.
Unlike some cheaper ink Cartridges, which don't have the output quality of Epson ink or Phoenix inks, our inks are second to none, offering excellent quality prints and of course a good price, making printing even more affordable. We use these cartridges ourselves so wont compromise quality for the sake of cost. The Phoenix compatible cartridge's offer both quality and value.

Epson Claria Hi-Definition Ink Features.
  • Quality without compromise, get beautiful photos made to last .
  • Smudge, scratch, water and fade resistant photos.
  • Photos that last for generations! Over 200 years in an album or 98 years on display!
  • Photos that you can share worry-free knowing they're smudge and scratch resistant.
  • Photos that stand up to humidity, moisture and spills.
    Epson DURABrite Ink features.
  • Water resistance, solid pigment particles “sit” on the surface of the paper and provide high levels of water resistance.
  • Light resistance. Pigment inks have a high resistance to fading and Epson DURABrite inks set new limits with light fastness.
  • Extra sharp text and graphic optimised on plain paper, as pigment inks are not fully absorbed into the paper like conventional dye based inks.
  • Double sided printing without bleed through. By controlling the degree to which the DURABrite inks penetrate the paper the colour is held near the surface.
  • Brighter colours on plain paper. The innovative formulation of Epson DURABrite inks provides brighter output on plain and matte papers.
    Phoenix Compatible Ink Features
With all compatible cartridges there are pro's & cons, many pro's actually and few cons. Namely:
  • Cost, Epson compatible cartridges are a fraction of their original counterparts
  • Quality, although not as exacting as Durabrite & Claria Inks, they really are not that far away. We use them and are more than happy with the results.
  • Volume, there is often more ink in a compatible cartridge than an original, e.g. Compatible T0711 & T0801 contain 13ml of ink, while the original T0711 & T0801 contain 7.4ml of ink.
  • More prints per cartridge!
  • HP Genuine Ink HP Genuine Brand Ink. Again allow me to let the experts say their piece. "Original HP inkjet cartridges are precisely formulated to work with your HP printer for print quality results and unmatched reliability. In addition, you can be assured your ink level gauge works with HP cartridges. With refilled cartridges the ink level gauge may not work and you may not know how much ink you have left. With original HP inkjet cartridges, you know you're getting a new cartridge. With refilled and re-manufactured ink cartridges, you can never be sure how many times the cartridge has been reused or what kind of print quality and performance you'll get."
    Lexmark Cartridges

    Lexmark Ink Cartridges

These are original Lexmark cartridges not refills, Genuine cartridges have print head systems built in. This way the upkeep of the printer is made easier, and the print quality increased. Indeed, changing a cartridge guarantees constant print quality, less cleaning, less waste of ink and a better print quality. Moderate use cartridges extend the range of Inkjet Cartridges.
For price conscious, occasional users, Moderate use cartridges offer a significant cost advantage and reduce the risk of ink wastage. Genuine ink cartridges are the only perfect match for Lexmark Inkjet printers. Black cartridges generate optimum print quality using pigment-based ink for text that is water resistant and fade resistant for document storage. Colour cartridges generate optimum print quality using fade-resistant, concentrated dye based inks with small ink drop size for vibrant color, clarity and detail for brilliant photos and sharp images.

    CD Disks
Humble & ubiquitous the Compact Disk maybe, but it has been around for years and still shows no signs of going away, handy really. A CD will hold up to 700MB of data or 80 minutes of Audio. You can however get slightly larger disks that will hold up to 800MB of data or 90 minutes of Audio.
DVD Disks Today DVD's have become the norm, they can hold about 8 times as much information as a CD but they don't cost 8 times as much. A standard DVD will hold up to 4.7 GB worth of data and 120 minutes worth of Audio/ Video as with CD's you can get larger capacity disks, they're called Dual Layer or Double Layer disk, they are twice as big as a standard DVD they can hold up to 8.5 GB of data or 240 minutes of Audio/ Video. Also like CD's you can get re-writable DVD which can be re-written time & time again.
All disks have a guaranteed writing speed, CD's tend to be able to be written up to 52 speed, the speeds are based on fractions of hours, so in theory a 52 speed CD written via your writing software and if your CD/DVD writer supports that speed, it should write the actual data in about 80 seconds or so. A DVD works in the same way, a DVD written at 4 speed should write the disk in about 15 minutes.
However in the real world it's nearer 3 or 4 minutes to write a CD and 17 minutes for a DVD, this is due to the disks needing a lead in and lead out track of the disks, so a CD/ DVD Rom or CD Player knows what's on the disk and what to do with it.
Photo Paper Paper, everything in life has paperwork attached to it. However some things are worth the paper work, even photo paper work if you will. Things such as cherished memories of holidays, occasions and loved ones, and maybe for target practice not so much loved ones. In our range of paper we cover photo matte, duo photo matte (you can print on both sides with the same results) photo gloss and some speciality papers such as canvas effect paper. So there's a finish to suit all needs depending on how you’re going to display your photograph.

All paper is measured in gsm (grams/ per square meter) the higher the number the thicker the paper.
With this in mind imagine photo paper is like a kitchen paper towel, it will only hold so much liquid before seeping through. OK that's slightly over the top for an example but the same applies to all paper. If you want to print a landscape for example, there will be a lot of ink so a heavier weighted paper would give a better result than a thinner paper. The other side of this is that say you want to print a portrait then a thinner paper would fit the bill nicely as there isn’t as much ink used. However there is a caveat to this, depending on the results your after depends on which paper to use.
