There was a time when you didn't really need any speakers for your PC, however these days they are more or less essential with online streaming video, ability to watch TV & Radio, as well as listening music too. Unless your going for the full sound 7.1/ 6.1 or 5.1 surround sound Dolby Pro Logic am I there or not experience, then a set of speakers like this will be ideal.
They are entry level speakers with a 1W RMS power output and volume control and a headphone jack.
