PCI Cards

Add some extra functionality to your PC or replace a broken PCI card.
Network Adapters: As more and more households become 2 PC homes they are wanting to share Internet connections and devices, if your PC is getting on a little you may not have an Ethernet/ Network adapter installed. Fit one of these and you'll be able to become yet another member of the connected world.
Firewire PCI Cards: These ruled the roost regarding data transfer speeds at one time, then USB2.0 came along and spoiled the party. They are still highly useful for DVD camcorders, you can send data directly from your camcorder to your PC at high speeds.
RAID Cards: If you've run out of IDE port and want to add even more IDE hard drives to your PC or you'd like to make a RAID array for data back ups, this is just what you're after.
SATA PCI Cards: Maybe you've just bought a SATA drive and need to plug it in, but you've either no spare SATA connections or non at all. Plug this in and hey presto instant e-SATA Ports.
USB2.0 PCI Card: "You have no spare USB ports Dave" could have been something that HAL might have said. However back in the real world, you may very well have run out of USB ports, or you only have USB1.1, but want the speed of USB2.0. Add one of these cards into your PC.
Sound Cards: Most modern PCI sound cards now come with 5.1 surround sound. Ideal for enhancing your digital enjoyment of playing Solitare or Freecell :o)
