Keyboards, well without one you would find it difficult to type anything on your PC, not impossible, but certainly difficult. Keyboards all have one thing in common (yes I know I'm stating the obvious here, but bear with me, there is a pint) they all have a standard layout of at least 105 keys comprising the alphabet, 0-9 numbers, grammatical symbols etc. But, more and more keyboards these days have added features such as One Touch Access Keys, for instance a Web Browser button, e-mail access button or multi media buttons. These add extra functionality to your keyboard. Me personally I have a keyboard that I use for gaming that has extra buttons that I can use while playing games. The one I used to write this, is a basic keyboard but is perfect for my day to day work in the office.
