OK you have a SATA II hard drive, but like me you need to move the hard drive from PC to PC, well why not use this Internal SATA I & II compliant Caddy. It uses the SATA connector on your motherboard and a spare 4 pin power connector from your power supply. It also has a Hard Drive activity light, which looks like a flashing blue eye in the middle of the caddy. These caddies will support both SATA I & II hard drives with no upper limit on hard drive capacity.
