Safecom 3.5" IDE USB2.0/ Firewire External Caddy

These caddies turn a standard IDE 3.5" hard drive into a portable storage device which plug straight into your USB or firewire connection, not quite as small as it's smaller 2.5" brother, but certainly no less impressive, you can still produce your shiny new caddy on demand to a still equally impressed and awe struck gathered crowd.
Simply fit the hard drive into the caddy, plug it into your computer and away you go. You dont need any drivers, unless your using Microsoft Windows 98 which are supplied on the CD-ROM in the package. If your fitting a new hard drive into the caddy, you'll need to format it so your operating system can recognise the hard drive and use it. The durable solid alloy caddy enclosure is shock proof so can easily withstand the day to day rigours and knocks of caddy daily life. We must however point out we don't recommend testing this feature to any extreme such as seeing if it can withstand a drop from on top of your desk or further afield, it could cause damage to your hard drive and your gathered crowd wouldnt be overly impressed.
