Icy Box 2.5" SATA Caddy is a bit of a hybrid caddy. It can be used on its own as a USB & e-SATA 2.5" Caddy for SATA hard drives or it can be used a 3.5" docking station (which fits in nicely where a floppy drive normally lives) make it into an internal removable caddy. If you do use it as an internal caddy, you need to make sure that you have a spare SATA connection on your motherboard. If you don't you could add a PCI SATA card which will then give you the much needed SATA port you need to run this as an internal caddy. People have been buying this caddy and the other caddy which comes with the docking station, so they can have 2 removable storage solutions.
