CLI-8C Cyan, Uses Canon's ChromaLife 100 system print head, the new formulation of ink helps preserve your memories which produce long-lasting and beautiful photos. In utilising the transparent Single Ink system, this ensures economical operation without wasting ink.
The ink contained in all Canon original cartridges has been specially and specifically developed and formulated for Bubble Jet printers to allow maximised print quality and an optimised printer performance; they have been tested to ensure its compliance with strict ink quality requirements set by Canon. The Canon Pixma genuine CLI-8C Cyan uses a dye-based ink and contains
13 ml of ink in the cartridge which can give a page yield of up to 420 pages (Info from Canon’s web site). The dye based ink helps to give a enhanced contrast in photo images.
