The Brother MFC100 offers printing, copying and scanning all in one unit.
The printer is ideal for the home including those working from home. An easy to use control panel offers direct access to all the functions. The print resolution of 1200 x 6000 dpi guarantees a high quality of print for black and white, full colour, simple text or complex graphic images.

Most other devices have their ink cartridges fitted to a moving print head, but the MFC-100 ink tanks fitted to the actual body of the machine. Thus ink is transferred from the ink tanks to the moving print head via a tube system, which Brother calls Capillary Tube Technology. The main reason for implementing this system is to keep the print head's weight to a minimum, which in turn reduces noise and vibration caused by the side-to-side motion of the print head.

The Brother MFC-100 uses the following ink: cartridges LC-700BK Black, LC-700C Cyan, LC-700M Magenta, LC-700Y Yellow Original ink cartridge's.
